About Us

Fresh was started in late 2003 by Vicki Clarke and Nikki Gaskell. We have a combined 30 years in the catering industry, with attention to detail and fabulously presented and delicious food being our trademark. We provide anything from an intimate dinner for 12 to a gourmet plated meal for 400, or stunning cocktail food for 2000. We employ a staff of waiters, barmen, supervisors and provide full bar service on request, we can also organize flowers, decor, coordinators and basically anything else your heart desires.

All functions are handled by either Vicki and/or Nikki or our 3 head chefs/coordinators only – this ensures that you only get the best service and attention to detail. We are supported by a pool of 12 full-time staff and a full compliment of part-time trained staff. We have ample experience working in mobile environments – most functions are set up, stocked and staffed in mobile kitchens. This includes large-scale dinners, weddings and other functions.

We also have an 80 seater restaurant in Sandton called Bella which trades for breakfast and lunch six days a week.
